Joel does it again!
I love when people say publicly what I've been saying privately for years. Partly because it makes me feel vindicated and partly because the nasty comments will be directed at them instead of me.
Anyway, Joel from Joel on Software writes this post, explaining the importance of great programmers, which is constantly overlooked by those who most need to pay attention to it.
If my current client is reading this, please don't be offended...or at least don't be offended enough to stop paying the bill.
